Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "jili03", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the jili03 online casino platform operating at jili03.cam and all associated services, features, and support functions.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the jili03 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and verification on the jili03 platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over in qualifying games before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the governmental body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the jili03 platform is restricted. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and will remain satisfied for the duration of your account's existence:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as established under applicable regulations. jili03 enforces this restriction without exception.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold jili03 accounts.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of jili03 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jili03 or had an account permanently closed for cause.
• You are not acting under duress or on behalf of another person, and the funds you deposit are not derived from criminal activity.

Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold one (1) jili03 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update this information promptly should any of it change.

jili03 is not liable for any losses or missed communications arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player. Account credentials — username and password — are the sole responsibility of the account holder. You must not share your login details with any third party for any reason.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines, jili03 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

In addition to a government-issued ID, jili03 may request a selfie photograph taken at the time of submission, proof of residential address, and documentation of payment methods used for deposits. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the jili03 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and approved. jili03 aims to process KYC submissions within 24–72 hours of receipt of all required documentation. Delays may occur during periods of high submission volume.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All jili03 financial transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds on the jili03 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless separately communicated by jili03 through account-level notifications.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay-compatible channels.
• jili03 does not impose fees on standard GCash and PayMaya deposit transactions. Third-party fees imposed by payment service providers are outside jili03's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits are credited to jili03 accounts in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing schedules of the receiving institution.
• jili03 accepts deposits only from payment instruments registered in the account holder's verified name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. This same-source withdrawal policy is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 Philippine banking business days.
• jili03 reserves the right to impose enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk management protocols, including but not limited to unusually large withdrawal amounts, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal sequences, or account activity inconsistent with established patterns.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before Real Money balances subject to those requirements become eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jili03 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are governed by the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• All bonus offers are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have successfully completed the jili03 KYC verification process.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money balances. jili03's system will wager Real Money first. Bonus Funds are used only after the Real Money balance reaches zero, or as otherwise configured per the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be met in full before any portion of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or deposit-plus-bonus total, as specified per promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed; live dealer table games, bingo, and sports betting contributions are stated per promotion. Playing non-contributing games while a bonus is active does not count toward the wagering requirement and may void the bonus if they constitute a significant portion of total activity.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry period. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.
• jili03 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or disqualify any player from a promotion if evidence of promotional abuse — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting against jili03, or multi-accounting — is identified.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jili03 platform operate under the rules established by the respective game providers — including JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Spadegaming, CQ9, and others. In the event of any conflict between a jili03 promotional term and a game provider's stated rules, the game provider's rules shall govern with respect to game outcomes, and jili03's terms shall govern with respect to bonus qualification and withdrawal eligibility.

All slot and RNG-based games on jili03 use independently certified Random Number Generator systems. RNG certification is conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories. These certifications confirm that each game result is statistically independent, unpredictable, and consistent with the stated Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages.

In the event of a malfunction of any game or platform component — including software errors, connection interruptions, incorrect display of odds or payouts, or any other technical failure — jili03 reserves the right to void affected bets. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. No compensation is payable to any player as a result of a verified malfunction event.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the jili03 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 years.
• The creation of multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose, including circumventing promotional restrictions or account suspensions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or proceeds of illegal gambling operations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, exploit bonuses, or interact with the jili03 platform in place of genuine human action.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to exploit promotional offers or game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or display malfunctions to generate credits, winnings, or bonuses not intended by the platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith — initiating a chargeback through a payment provider while retaining the benefit of funds deposited to jili03.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempting to access another player's account or jili03 administrative systems by any means.

Account Suspension & Closure

jili03 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements within the period specified by jili03 support.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted through the account settings or via jili03 live chat support.
• Regulatory requirements or directions from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine governmental authority.
• Extended account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months with no login activity.
• Technical security reasons, including but not limited to evidence of unauthorized account access.

Upon account closure for cause, any Real Money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Where closure results from fraud, terms abuse, or prohibited conduct, jili03 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where closure results from voluntary self-exclusion or inactivity, any verified Real Money balance (net of any unmet bonus requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following investigation.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain liabilities is not permitted, jili03's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes jili03's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms

jili03 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Player rights or obligations — jili03 will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification displayed upon next login, an email to the registered account address, or a prominent notice on the jili03 website.

Your continued use of the jili03 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith resolution efforts between the Player and jili03 support. If resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the parties agree that the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
